Who We Are
North Association is a VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION!!!
Yes, it is true, and hard to believe. Everyone involved with your Arizona Pop Warner North Association are volunteers. Not one person in the Association, Conference, or Federation receives payment for their time and commitment. If you feel you have something to offer and can make any commitment, please come forward, we need your help! The success of this organization depends on participation by all elements of the community.

We are the North Association Football League, a charter member of the "Arizona Youth Football Federation", an affiliate of the National Little Scholars Pop Warner Football Program. We are a nonprofit organization, whose goals are to inspire boys and girls, as well as their parents, regardless of race, creed, religion or national origin to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. Our program strives to make the game fun for kids and parents alike. We stress learning lessons of value both on the field and off, and we strive to teach the value of teamwork, concentration, self-discipline, friendship and good sportsmanship which can be used in all aspects of life.

MISSION:

To enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. Through this active participation, Pop Warner programs teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that young people will use throughout their lives.

Pop Warner seeks to provide fun athletic learning opportunities for children, while emphasizing the importance of academic success. Specifically, Pop Warner seeks to familiarize players and spirit participants with the fundamentals of football, cheer leading and dance. Pop Warner strives to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed or national origin, to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness as reflected in the life of the late Glenn Scobie “Pop” Warner.
